Wash and clean rice. In a sauce pan add rice,water, oil and salt and cook properly. keep aside.
In the mean time clean and chop onion, garlic and green chili
Soak methi leaves in a big bowl for 15 mins. Then chop them.
Heat oil in a kadai, add pepper corn and green cardamom to it and let it infuse it's flavour. then chopped onion saute up to golden. Then add chopped garlic to it and saute.
Then add boiled corn and methi leaves and saute.
Now add haldi, green chili and salt and saute again.
At last add cooked rice and mix properly. So that the flavours of methi leaves will mix properly.
